Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Everyone belongs at Corp Inc.

Belonging isn't a program. It's a framework, a set of pillars, a committee, and an ongoing commitment that we revisit regularly.

Team Corp Inc.,

As the broader landscape continues to navigate us through a time of uncertainty and change, I want to take a moment to reaffirm the moment we took last year to affirm our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which remains steadfast, unwavering, and under review.

These values are who we are because of how we operate, and how we operate is because of who we are. Our strength lies in the diversity of our alignment, and our alignment is strongest when everyone's perspective is the same.

We believe every team member should feel respected, valued, and empowered, in that order, and to the extent appropriate for their role. This is not a one-time goal, but an ongoing one-time effort that requires intention, accountability, and an action plan, which we are holding ourselves accountable for creating.

There will always be external noise. We will not let it change our commitment, except where it does, in which case our commitment to doing what's right will simply have changed what right is.

As always, we are stronger together than apart, and together we are stronger than ever. Your voice matters, and we encourage you to share it with the C.U.L.T.U.R.E. Committee at [email protected], with Human Resources, or with your manager, who will share it with Human Resources.

Thank you for continuing to belong.

Our Pillars

Four pillars. One belonging.

Our Belonging Framework is built on four pillars, developed over eighteen months of listening sessions with our leadership team.

A Seat for Everyone

Everyone has a seat at the table. Seating is assigned by the Workplace Experience team.

Grow Forward

We invest in every team member's growth through mentorship, training, and our Career Pathways framework, which is currently being redesigned.

Rise as One

When the company succeeds, we all succeed. Results are shared at our quarterly All Hearts meeting.

Own It

Every team member is accountable for their own outcomes, their own development, and their own sense of belonging.
