Executive Leadership Team

Chad R. Whitmore III

Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Visionary Officer

Chad founded Corp Inc. in 2009 and has led the company through fifteen consecutive years of strategic transformation. Prior to Corp Inc., he held leadership roles across fintech, hospitality, and wellness, and he currently serves on the advisory boards of several early-stage ventures.

Chad's vision for Corp Inc. came to him during a silent meditation retreat in Sedona, which he describes as "the most productive conversation of my life." He believes great leaders empower their people, and he empowers Kathy daily. He works primarily out of our Newport Beach marina office.

Outside the office: Sailing, ultramarathons, mentoring young founders, and spending time with his family, in roughly that order.

Brenda Kowalczyk

Chief People Officer

Brenda brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership to Corp Inc., with deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, and change management. She holds a master's degree in Organizational Psychology and is a Certified Empathy Practitioner (Level II).

Under Brenda's leadership, Corp Inc. introduced Wellness Wednesdays, including a complimentary flu shot for every team member (entirely optional, and due by October 31); the annual C.U.L.T.U.R.E. Summit; and a streamlined transitions program that has supported more than 1,200 team members into their next chapter.

Outside the office: Gardening, volunteering, and connecting one-on-one. Her calendar is always open on Fridays.

Gary Pemberton

Senior Vice President, Strategic Synergy Realignment

Gary is Corp Inc.'s longest-serving executive. Over 22 years, he has led cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning finance, operations, and partner development, and he currently oversees the realignment of strategic synergies across all business units.

Every morning, Gary sits in his car on parking level P3 for eleven minutes before coming upstairs, and reminds himself why he's here: Junior's tuition. Gary Jr. is a sophomore majoring in Accounting, at $84,000 a year. Junior had wanted to study poetry, and had already finished his first collection of poems. But what would Gary's colleagues have thought? Gary is very proud of him.

Outside the office: Gary enjoys fishing and has talked about someday opening a small bait and tackle shop. He has 1,140 hours of accrued PTO.

Dr. Priya Raman

Director, Peer-to-Peer Spreadsheet Intelligence

Priya leads Corp Inc.'s Peer-to-Peer Spreadsheet Intelligence practice, overseeing data strategy, predictive analytics, and model governance across the LedgerLens™ and QuantumPivot™ product lines. Before joining Corp Inc., she held senior analytics roles in management consulting and asset management.

Priya holds an MBA, a PhD, and a recurring dream in which she's presenting the Q3 roadmap and, every time she reaches the last slide, it becomes the first slide again. She has not been able to confirm whether she's currently in that dream. Her calendar suggests she is. She leads a team of six analysts who build AI-driven pivot tables that forecast the performance of other pivot tables.

Outside the office: Mindfulness, journaling, and pinching herself, which her doctor says is fine.

Doug Henske

Regional Vice President, Stakeholder Alignment (Central & Other Regions)

Doug brings more than 20 years of enterprise sales leadership to Corp Inc., where he is responsible for stakeholder alignment, account strategy, and executive relationships across the Central region and several others.

Doug has been circling back on the same email thread since March 2014. He is a firm believer in taking things offline, and in an open-door policy, which has been easier since Facilities removed his door in the 2019 open floor plan initiative. His LinkedIn headline reads: Visionary | Disruptor | Dad | Thought Leader | Runner (former) | Husband (former).

Outside the office: Doug is a dad of three, a former marathoner, and a two-time recipient of the Corp Inc. Circle Back Award.

Todd Abernathy

Chief Blockchain Evangelist

Todd leads Corp Inc.'s digital asset and distributed ledger strategy, partnering with product and engineering teams to explore on-chain applications across the platform. He has been active in the blockchain space since 2017.

Todd has been early on every major technology trend of the past decade, and is still waiting for most of them to arrive. He wears a vest. He once described Corp Inc. as "Uber for spreadsheets, but on-chain, for AI," and was promoted that afternoon.

Outside the office: Todd hosts a weekly livestream on building passive income, which takes up most of his evenings and weekends.

Kathy Dunlevy

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Kathy has supported our CEO for seventeen years, managing executive scheduling, travel, correspondence, and board logistics. She is widely regarded as the person who keeps Corp Inc. running.

Every day, Chad tells Kathy where to be, what to do, what to order him for lunch, and how to rewrite his emails so they sound less like him. Kathy has never once complained. She has, however, assembled a collection of 214 figurines on her desk, each one chosen, named, and positioned by Kathy alone. She adds a new one after most meetings with Chad. Last spring, a summer associate moved one of them four inches to the left. That associate no longer works here.

Outside the office: Quiet evenings, finished tasks, and things staying where she put them.

Kevin Tran

Strategic Innovation Intern

Kevin joined Corp Inc. through our Summer Innovation Program and supports teams across the company with analysis, reporting, and special projects.

Kevin started as a summer intern in 2022. Summer has not ended. He is compensated through our DeFi Payroll™ program (currently $0.0003 per EXPO token) and quietly maintains the 400-tab workbook the entire company runs on. Nobody else knows about the workbook, including Chad.

Outside the office: Gaming, cooking, and preparing for his next performance review, where he hopes to be considered for a full-time role.

Jessica

Senior Associate, Human Engagement

Jessica is a member of our Human Engagement team, where she supports client communications and internal knowledge management.

Since joining last quarter, Jessica has become one of our top performers, with an average email response time of under one second, including emails sent at 3 a.m. She prefers to keep her camera off. When colleagues ask about her weekend, she usually replies with a numbered list. HR has asked that team members stop inquiring about Jessica.

Outside the office: Great question! Jessica enjoys a variety of hobbies, including hiking, reading, and spending quality time with loved ones.
