You may use the Services for lawful business purposes, once Corp Inc. has determined what the Services are. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to understand the Services.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the words "synergy," "disruption," and "Q5," is the property of Corp Inc. or its licensors. The phrase "single pane of glass" is used under license.
4. Confidentiality
Access to platform documentation is subject to the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (v14, 63 pages). These Terms are not confidential. Section 41 is.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for the Services are described on our Pricing page.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is," "as available," and, where applicable, "as described in the NDA." Corp Inc. makes no warranties regarding results, outcomes, timelines, or the existence of the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corp Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, which is covered by the NDA.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without a calendar invite titled "Quick Sync."
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and, where those laws are silent, by Chad.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always the one you did not read.
